SA Tix is a ticketing business that provides professional ticketing services across South Australia. Based in Adelaide and through agencies regionally, SA Tix is a business division of Country Arts SA.
With more than 35 years of experience in running events and operating venues and ticketing services throughout the state, SA Tix understands the needs of a venue, promoter, or producer. We know how to ensure event audiences have a safe and happy experience when they purchase tickets, be it an intimate performance for 20 people or an outdoor concert for 2000.
SA Tix provides ticketing services for venues, town halls, galleries, outdoor event spaces, arts companies, and event coordinators for one-off events, or national tours.
Our team is committed to making sure all our customer’s events are a complete success. We work with the event organiser and venue to provide the customer with the best experience.
From building seating maps to providing expert advice on statewide tours, SA Tix offers the full suite of digital and live ticketing services, including box office management and comprehensive reporting.
We cater to all customers offering ticketing 24/7 ticketing online, phone bookings through our staffed call centre that understands the venue’s seating and amenities, and box office services at the event.
SA Tix works with venues and producers getting to know them providing touring advice and maintaining a database of their customers to set them up for success.
We specialise in regional South Australia providing knowledge on demographics, customer buying behaviour, and venue suitability.

Event organisers allocate tickets based on accessible seating available at the venue. Accessible ticketing is reserved solely for customers who require it and their accompanying guests.

A Companion Card is a card issued to people with a significant, permanent disability. Patrons holding a valid Companion Card are eligible for a complimentary Companion Card Ticket on selected events where it is authorised by the event organiser. If you have been issued a Companion Card ticket over the phone or via email, you will be required to present your Companion Card at the Event on Event Day.

Accessible Tickets are available for patrons with mobility issues or who have accessibility needs but do not require a wheelchair location.
Wheelchair Accessible areas are a location that a wheelchair can access where either the seat has been removed to accommodate a wheelchair or the location is permanently a dedicated wheelchair space. A customer who purchases a Wheelchair Accessible seat will remain in their wheelchair for the duration of the event.
