On Thursday 4 April the Tatiara Civic Centre presents, in partnership with the South Australian Museum, a night of discovery, starting with a free twilight information session that includes a range of interactive displays, presentations and activities for all ages.
The Walkway Gallery’s newest exhibition “Wild Experiences: from bushland to paddock” by acclaimed pastel artist Pam Thoday will also be launched .
Come see the artist at work from 5pm in the Gallery then join her at 7pm for an entertaining evening featuring anecdotes from her years working with Australian animals in the bush. How do Echidnas mate? Where do Blue Wrens disappear to in winter? How do you intimidate a concerned emu? Ever cuddled a bull sea lion? More fun than an hour with David Attenborough!
Local producers will also be out in force with opportunities to sample some of the best regional produce.
