This annual award is being offered through the Community Partnerships section and the Ros Bower Memorial Turst, to an arts worker or artist with a proven record of high achievement in the field of community arts and cultural development. It aims to recognise distinguished effort in fostering and furthering the philosophies and principles espoused by Roalie Bower, founding director of the Community Arts Board.
Nominations will be accepted from organisations and individuals. This award is open only to individuals artists and arts wokers, who must be nominated by other people. Artists or arts workers may not nominate themselves.
