UPDATE: Given the situation around COVID-19, Country Arts SA has made the difficult decision to suspend the screening of When the Mirror Bird Sings in Mount Gambier.
In the interest of public safety, we consider this the most responsible course of action for patrons, artists and our community. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Wildly imaginative, visual theatre for 3-8 year olds and families
When the Mirror Bird Sings is a mythical tale of kindness overcoming greed.
Featuring the superb music of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, the story is shared using narration, movement, dance and participation.
It’s a rich, intimate and immersive theatre experience where children’s participation in the show amplifies the themes of hope and renewal.
