My Grandpa Doesn’t Follow me On Instagram: A Guide To Trans-generational Road-tripping is an award-winning solo show written and performed by Yoz Mensch, directed by Mary Angley with sound design by Dan Thorpe.
It is a funny, warm hour about a road trip with a grandparent, and about the distance and the love between generations.
The show premiered at Adelaide Fringe 2026 in a sold-out ten-show season at The Mill, developed through The Mill’s Centre Stage Residency. It won two Fringe awards including the Sydney Fringe Tour Ready Award, and was reviewed at five stars by Upside Adelaide, four and a half stars by Glam Adelaide and four stars by InDaily
Presented by Feast Festival, South Australia’s largest and only LGBTQIASB+ arts and cultural festival, as part of its 2026 regional touring circuit.
