Country Arts SA is one of South Australia’s largest and most dynamic arts organisations, dedicated to transforming how the arts are created, shared and experienced across regional communities. We deliver high-quality arts programs and entertainment throughout regional South Australia and support regional artists to develop their creative practice.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives and major project campaigns that strengthen audience engagement, increase ticket sales and support organisational objectives. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines analytical thinking, digital expertise and creative campaign management with a passion for arts and culture.
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and strategic Finance professional who can:
- Lead the delivery of digital marketing initiatives across our website, CRM, social media and other digital platforms to drive audience engagement and sales.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns for performances, exhibitions, programs and organisational priorities across regional South Australia.
- Analyse campaign performance, audience insights and market trends to inform decision-making and continuously improve marketing outcomes.
- Support and empower staff through training, guidance and the implementation of marketing systems, tools and best-practice processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver innovative marketing solutions that align with organisational goals.
Essential skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, CRM, email marketing (Salesforce) and website management (WordPress), including delivering targeted campaigns and performance reporting.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital content strategies.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated campaign management experience and the ability to create engaging content across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working within the arts sector and/or regional communities will be highly regarded.
