Country Arts SA is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our HR Team based in Adelaide.
As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level administrative support to Country Arts staff, in conjunction with the Manager Human Resources
- Actioning the effective input and retrieval of data for reporting purposes.
- Providing timely and accurate HR advice to managers and staff regarding operational issues, conditions of employment, policies, procedures and Public Sector guidelines.
- Assist with managing end to end recruitment activities, including conducting interview panels and assisting with operational management of the employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function, including supporting major projects.

This position is offered as a 9‑month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave, with the option to work full-time or at 0.8 FTE for the right candidate.
