About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grants Program Administrator to support the State-wide grants program. This role coordinates, implements and promotes the grant program for the benefit of artists and communities.

We’re looking for an experienced administrator with a previous history across grants funding programs, ideally with a passion for the arts and regional communities.

This part-time role is being offered as an 0.8 FTE on a 2-year fixed term contract at ASO3 plus super. Able to work regionally or from metro Adelaide. 

Role Highlights

– Undertake administrative functions that support the Grants Program.
– Facilitate opportunities for promotion of the Grants Program and services to local communities
– Deliver responsive coordination and support for the operation of grants management systems.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

– Administrative experience in supporting grants programs and other funding initiatives.
– A passion for the arts and for working alongside the community.
– Experience preparing reports and documentation for review.
– Knowledge and/or experience of working in a local government/community context.
– A passion for supporting regional communities

Special conditions:

Occasional out of hours work, and intra/interstate travel may be required.

Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence.
