Associate Producer
Country Arts SA is seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Producer to join our Performing Arts team. Based either in Adelaide or regional South Australia.
As Associate Producer, you will play a key role in bringing high-quality performing arts experiences to regional communities. You will have experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery.
In your role you will:
– Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events.
– Work closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.
– Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming.

This full-time role is being offered as a 2-year fixed-term position, offered at ASO4 plus super.
We are looking for someone who has:
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
– Experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, contracts, logistics, and event safety.
– A sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities, with a demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with First Nations artists and communities.
– Experience with performing arts, touring, and venue operations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
