WestArts EyreHeads Portrait Prize 2013
Artists across the Eyre Peninsula are encouraged to start putting the final touches to portraits inspired by local characters or people they love and admire for entry in WestArts biannual EyreHeads Portrait Prize, 2013.
Entries close Monday 16 September and the exhibition will be held from Thursday 3 October to Friday 18 October 2013, kicking off the long October weekend Oysterfest celebrations in Ceduna.
EyreHeads Portrait Prize, 2013 has drawn record sponsorship from the Council, patrons and local businesses and WestArt is thrilled to announce a wider range of prizes this year, than ever offered before.

WestArt was formed in February 2004 with the aim of promoting local artists and the arts in Ceduna. WestArt and volunteers manage the Ceduna Memorial Hall Foyer Gallery. WestArt works in collaboration with stakeholders such as the District Council of Ceduna, Country Arts SA, the Far West Camera Club and the Tjutjuna (Ceduna) Aboriginal Arts and Culture Centre to support local artists and exhibitions.
