Read all about it! This is a Border(Town) Publication is available now!

Country Arts SA’s publication This Is A Border(Town), based on the 12-month artist residency of the same name is officially available now!

Three artists, James Dodd, Malcolm McKinnon and Mark De Nys, worked on projects throughout Bordertown to venerate the human in what sometimes seems to be an inhumane world.

These three artists worked in residence with three groups of people in the area; new arrivals, older men and young people to explore ideas around borders through creating art works now visible in the region.

In this limited edition publication based on the 12-month artist residency, the artists’ stories and project profiles will be compiled alongside writings and thoughts from local Bordertown residents and national experts including Dave Graney, Peter Mares, Dr Linda Marie Walker and tactile book maker Vida Maney.

The publication is available to collect from the Walkway Gallery in Bordertown. Alternatively you can download a PDF copy of the publication here, or view it online below.
