Each year Country Art SA’s cultural development team travel thousands of kilometres to provide much needed support and specialised arts services to South Australia’s regional and indigenous communities.  In the last 12 months the team collectively clocked up 64,448 kilometres.

Thanks to our sponsors at Murray Bridge Toyota, we are now able to make sure our staff are getting out and about to some of the state’s remotest locations in the most efficient way, significantly reducing our environmental impact.

Ollie Black, Manager Arts and Cultural Development has thoroughly enjoys her time behind the wheel:

My aquamarine bubble

“I float to work each day in an aquamarine bubble.

My Toyota Prius Hybrid is a pleasure to drive. I feel comfortable and safe as I glide, silently, along the highways.

I do a lot of country driving and I am amazed at its fuel efficiency. On a long trip it is reassuring to know I can go so far in between filling up. My friends envy my savings and one friend is seriously considering upgrading to a Prius soon.

And I love the colour.

Most importantly to me, my carbon footprint is very light!”
