The Middleback Arts Centre is located 141A Nicolson Ave, Whyalla Norrie, SA, 5608, Australia
Wednesday 12.30pm – 4pm, Thursday & Friday 12.30pm until 30mins after last show/screening, Saturday venue opens 20 mins prior to first show/screening.
Parking is available out the front of the Middleback Arts Centre on Nicolson Avenue, and in the Tafe carpark located off of Racecourse Road.

The main theatre auditorium has removable seating located in F Row to accommodate patrons who wish to remain seated in their wheelchair or to allow ease of access to transfer to a theatre seat.
The main Cinema has a dedicated space in the front and centre of the auditorium for wheelchair access.
There is a dedicated accessible toilet in the Foyer.
The Middleback Arts Centre is guide dog friendly.

About
In 1978, there was a plan to bring a cultural precinct to Whyalla. On March 9 in 1985, the Middleback Theatre was officially opened. It was renamed the Middleback Arts Centre in 2015 to incorporate all its functions, it is the cultural and artistic centre of Whyalla.
The venue incorporates a modern 210 seat cinema and the 478 seat theatre has been upgraded to accommodate Australian and international performances including ballet, drama, theatre and music.

Cinema is a unique advertising medium. Cinema advertisements are vibrant, full colour advertisements shown on the movie screen. Cinema advertising is the perfect medium to increase the community profile of your business.
The Middleback Arts Centre offers two cinema screens for your advertising purposes. Featuring Digital and Real D 3D projection as well as Dolby Digital sound. Each year the Whyalla Cinema screens over 950 screenings. The cinema attracts an average of 30,000 patrons per year to a range of highly anticipated film releases.
We have two options for cinema advertising, either slide or motion.
Option 1: Slide
The Middleback Arts Centre preshow advertising is featured prior to every cinema screening and your business slide will be prominently displayed before screenings accompanied by background music.
Monthly, quarterly and annual periods are available upon request. The advertisement should be a provided in JPEG or PDF format (1920w x 1080h/300dpi). A slide can be designed in-house for a fee.
Option 2: Motion
Full motion features an advertisement of up to 30 seconds . The huge illuminated screen and dynamic sound combine to become the single focus of attention for your advertisement.
Monthly, bi-annual and annual periods are available upon request.
The finished advertisement should be a supplied as an MP4 file.
