A FREE family event created in celebration of our community’s children
A brand new festival especially for children will take place in Adelaide’s Southern suburbs in February.
Headlined by popular children’s singer Peter Combe, the one day festival will feature activities to suit every age and interest such as the Country Arts SA DanceXtend Jungle Gym, Rosie’s Bubble Pop Zone, face painters and even a rock-climbing wall.
The Southern Children’s Festival will be an opportunity for families in the area to come together and increase their sense of belonging within their community.
Performers: Well-known children’s artists; Peter Combe, Rumbo & Jumpo, Sea Star Rock, The Funny Farmers, Mickster The Trickster.
Other Activities: Kondoli the Whale, Country Arts SA’s DanceXtend Jungle Gym, an animal farm, balloon twister, giant games, craft tables and stalls by other local organisations and businesses, Rosie’s Bubble Pop Zone, community hand print art making, a smoothie station, book readings, a sensory and quiet area and a photo booth.
