The LIFTEN trilogy is a suite of works to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the founding of Lift Dance Theatre. The company has debuted a new contemporary dance work each year  at the Adelaide Fringe since 2008 and performed at venues as diverse as the Brighton Performing Art Centre, Goodwood Institute Theatre, Naracoorte Town Hall and the beach.

The LIFTEN trilogy explores the idea of the family, the herd, the social group and how the individual both works within it and against it.
