Following the overwhelming success of Drawing on Country in 2018 and 2019, communities are once again invited to attend a free outdoor art workshop interpreting their local landscape in various locations across the state.

People of all ages and abilities are invited to bring their art materials and delve into the artist’s connection to place.

An artist will be present at each site to coordinate and support participants and demonstrate outdoor arts processes and techniques. Art materials will also be available for trial on the day.

Participants may have the opportunity to exhibit their work as part of SALA in August 2020. Please ask your event coordinator for more information.

If your community is interested in hosting a Drawing on Country event in your community, contact Di Gordon on 0484 106 216 or email [email protected]

When: 10:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, 4th April 2020
