The first months with a new baby can feel like a blur of nappies, feeds and worrying if you will ever sleep again. Your old self seems like a long distant memory.

Give yourself a break, let loose and have fun while bonding with your baby and other new parents. Dancing is one of the most powerful endorphin releases around. Dancing with your baby allows you to celebrate the strength and resilience of your body without needing to get a baby sitter!

Liz Cahalan has been running baby wearing dance classes in Melbourne since the birth of her daughter Rose as a way to continue her work as a dance teacher. It has been her favourite job to date and she loves sharing the joy with other new parents.
