A Lion in the Night is an engaging, whimsical and poetic visual theatre production, inspired by Pamela Allen’s picture book of the same name. Exploring the theme of empowering the powerless, A Lion in the Night enters the dreamlike world of Theo’s imagination as he learns how to be brave.   While Pamela’s story is not told directly in this theatre production, it has inspired the work and will be used as a reference for teachers and children to extend their exploration of the themes contained in the performance.
