2010 Easter Art Exhibition
"K. I. Magic".. the visual art tradition continues this Easter on Kangaroo Island with the staging of the 2010 Easter Art Exhibition. The Kangaroo Island Artists' Collective has developed the event into a cultural highlight and this year promises to be no exception.
The exhibition will feature several hundred entries of 2D, 3D and photography. Prize categories include the Major prize for this year's theme, Current works, the Mike Hobbs Memorial Award, the Ros Johnsson Memorial Award, Youth and Children's prizes and the popular "people's Choice" prize.
The Easter Art Exhibition has shown to be a great proving ground for emerging artists with previous prize winners including Neil Sheppard, Janine Mackintosh and Nicholas Burness Pike.
